How long is the rental period?
Each package includes up to two weeks of rental time. You may return the totes sooner if you finish early. Rental extensions may be available for an additional charge, depending on upcoming reservations.
How many totes do I need?
The right quantity depends on the size of your home, how much you are moving and what you plan to pack in totes. Our package descriptions provide a starting point, and we can help you choose a quantity based on the details of your move.
Are moving dollies included?
One basic 24″ × 16″ four-wheel carpeted moving dolly is included with the 20-tote and 30-tote packages. The 40-tote package includes two basic moving dollies. A basic moving dolly may be added to the 10-tote package for $10.
Can I pick up and return the totes myself?
Yes. Customer pickup and return at our Oswego location are included at no additional charge. Both pickup and return are available by confirmed appointment only.
Do you offer delivery and return pickup?
Yes. Local delivery and return pickup are available for an additional charge. These are separate optional services, so you may choose delivery only, return pickup only, both services, or handle pickup and return yourself.
What areas do you serve?

Are the totes cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Returned totes are inspected and cleaned before being rented again. Please return them empty and free of excessive dirt, food, liquids and debris.
Do I have to pay to check availability?
No. There is no payment required to check your dates or request a quote. We will confirm availability, package details and any optional delivery charges before payment is collected.
